This company came recommended by a friend. So we didn’t even shop around for quotes and that was our mistake. We scheduled a time 2 weeks out for service and waited patiently for the appointment. The appointment time came and, nothing. I waited 5 min past the appointment time to call and inquire if they were running late or something? Nope, they weren’t running behind they just didn’t have anyone to come out today… You would think, that after scheduling a visit 2 WEEKS out they would manage to have someone available. OR at the VERY LEAST, CALL plenty of time BEFORE THE APPOINTMENT! The person I got on the phone was even nonchalant about it, like it happens all the time. Barely even a “oh we’re sorry” was what I received over the phone; and they didn’t even bother to lie to us and tell us that their service person called in sick or some excuse. Nope, they said, just as nonchalantly “our man isn’t in today, he’ll be in next week, can we reschedule you for then?” This is a Friday, middle of the day. If I had taken off work, for this BS, there would be a lot more to this message. If the manager reads this and wants to contact me feel free. The appointment time was September 26 at 11am. He can look up my contact info from that.

What is quartzite, and how is it different from quartz?
The biggest difference is quartzite is 100% natural while quartz is a manufactured product. Quartzite is a metamorphic rock. It started out as sandstone and then it transformed into what we see today due to prolonged exposure to heat and pressure below the earth's surface.
Quartz is a manufactured stone that is molded and baked into slabs. Quartz is non-porous, so it repels water and most stains. Quartzite is porous, so it needs to be sealed to prevent staining.
Why should I choose granite over synthetic materials?
