- TTThad TruittDec 22, 20215.0Tech was professional and showed me exactly what was wrong with condensation pump and why it stopped working. Replaced old broken pump with new one that has clear bottom so we can see if it fills up and wired it to HVAC system so system shuts off if pump fails. All work completed in less than an hour and we no longer have to worry about water leaking on floor ever again.

After our HVAC compressor's capacitor failed, SABRS was the most courteous of the companies we called -- Jeff answered the phone himself and arrived at our home within an hour or two. It took him roughly 3 minutes to diagnose the problem, another 15 minutes to fix it -- he even polished part of the compressor exterior to demonstrate how we could beautify it! He told us if we had any problems in the future, he'd give us his cell number, promising that he himself would respond! Incredible service in an industry overfull of distant, too-busy-to-be-effective companies.
