  After scheduling an appointment on March 20th for today, April 3rd, I was told the appointment window was between 9 am and 2 pm. I called at 2:09 pm since nobody had shown up or called to find out what happened as I needed to get to work. I was told maybe there was a delay or he might still be coming. When I asked to reschedule I was told they could give me a 3 hour window (9 am to 12 pm) on the 7th... of May, over a month away! I understand delays, i understand the need for service windows. I also understand a company that values its customers and their time. This is not one of them. I've cancelled my maintenance contract and will be finding another company.

  L&L Geothermal doesn't even deserve 1 star. I paid for the maintenance plan the past couple of years. In summer 2023, I called and told them the outside hvac unit was clinking and clanking, so they said they would come out and check it and do my spring service. They never fixed the clinking and clanking and said it was freezing up. They said it was working too hard. I just had to call them because the outside unit wasn't working at all. They came out and said the compressor went bad. Well. I called 3 other companies and asked if it is OK that it was clinking and clanking and freezing up. I was told by all 3 company that clinking and clanking and freezing up are definitely problems and it should have been fixed back in the summer. I had one of those 3 companies come out to look at it and get an estimate. I had the new company do the work because L&L was worthless. They also won't give me the maintenance fee refund when they didn't do the job. When I tried to tell the lady they didn't do their job, she said the "You don't want to go there with me." Horrible company. PS: L&L installed the unit new in the bew construction house in May 2019. It dhould have lasted 10 years. The new company said it was installed poorly as well.

  This company installed the heat pump in our new house but refused to do a free leak test. It was determined by a reputable company (After Hours Heat and Air) that one-fourth of the refrigerant had leaked out after only three years! I had called L&L a year ago to diagnose a failure in our system, but they did not return either of my calls after four hours! So I found another company that warranted Bryant heat pumps. They came within an hour, just like they said and replaced a failed capacitor. Very professional and competent. That is why After Hours Heat and Air is my go-to company for all heat pump related issues.

  They really take care of you and are so reasonable. I've never had to wait for an emergency fix and have only had excellent service. We have used them for both when our AC unit died and needed to be replaced as well as when our heating unit needed to be repaired. Ryan is a great guy and made sure we were well taken care of!

  Our air conditioner stopped working last night and I called L& L Geothermal first thing in the morning and they came out the same day to fix it.Later in the evening Ryan called and checked on us. We can’t say enough about the great customer service and Ryan was very thorough in answering our questions. Thanks again for all your help.
