  First off, we originally called two other plumbers before we called Aiello. One didn’t show up and the other never returned our call. When we called Aiello, they had a team out to us right away. We had a busted pipe that was soaking the first floor ceiling. The Aiello team of Jose and Justin located where the leak was coming from and replaced (fixed) the pipe. Everyone from the person taking our call, to the Scheduler, and the response team were professional and first rate. They investigated what the issue was and told me up front what the cost would be and it was reasonable with no additional add on costs. Totally satisfied with Aiello services. Thank you.

  They too gentlemen that were at my house today we're very courteous very obliging actually they were down to earth people something you don't find every day. They fixed my toilet and they're going to be coming back to fix other things I suggest everybody using Aiello and Wallingford they're the best the two guys were wonderful. They're neat they're clean they're tidy they're courteous I appreciated them from the bottom of my heart thank you guys you're the best

  We had Aiello out on an emergency call because the shut off valve for the line to our fridge started leaking when we turned it off for a new fridge delivery. Dave was absolutely wonderful. He diagnosed and explained the problem quickly and drew up a proposal. He was very patient with all our many questions about plumbing. He removed old piping and a connector that was no longer up to code. His work was flawless and he hooked up and tested the new fridge which arrived during his service. All in all, we will definitely be calling them out again for any future plumbing surprises.

  I scheduled a maintenance appointment back in August for service this week. The day before, I received a confirmation call and verified that I would be home. The representative told me we were the second stop of the day and should expect someone shortly after 9 AM. Instead, at 3 PM on the day of the appointment, I got a call saying they wouldn’t be coming due to “emergency heat calls.” I took the entire day off work for this appointment, and the last-minute cancellation cost me a full day of income. To make matters worse, when I tried to reschedule, they told me they could come next week but couldn’t guarantee they would actually show up. I’m not willing to take another day off just to risk losing a second day because of their poor scheduling and lack of reliability. This is incredibly disrespectful and unprofessional. If you value your time, think twice before trusting them with an appointment—they clearly don’t value their customers

  We’re new homeowners and did our due diligence before calling — if you’re reading this, please know: Aiello is NOT a true 24-hour emergency service, no matter how they advertise it. On September 19th, we had a technician come out to auger our main drain. He was absolutely fantastic — kind, helpful, and professional. He deserves a raise. But once he called for the camera crew, things went downhill. Angelo showed up looking like Drewski dressed up as a redneck at NASCAR, and that was the energy he brought into our home. First, I don’t need someone vaping inside my house. Second, his over-the-top “I feel bad for you” performance was painful to watch. He showed us the issue, but my husband and I ended up fixing it ourselves. Despite that, he quoted us $13,000 for an unnecessary excavation — claiming he’d need to dig up our stairs but wouldn’t actually fix the problem afterward. Then he lingered, making small talk about my husband’s Mustang instead of doing his job. We never received a written quote, just that absurd verbal one. Fast-forward a month later — same issue returns. We finally called our town’s emergency sewer department, and guess what? They told us not to use Aiello, explaining that everything they’d said and done was wrong. The sewer team even said Aiello was supposed to contact them in the first place — which they never did. We called Skips Plumbing instead (recommended by the sewer department), and they came out that night. The real issue? A blockage 116’–126’ out, not 17’ like Aiello claimed. Skips fixed it immediately. After two flooded basements and a ton of stress, here’s my advice: spend your money on the right company, not this one. Aiello might have slick ads and friendly marketing, but when you’re in a real emergency, they’ll leave you hanging — and overcharged.
