  We had an emergency main line clog, I called the 800# and got a person immediately who was able to dispatch an emergency Plummer. Sebastian showed up not too long afterwards and was the utmost professional. He was courteous and kind but most of all competent. My clog was taken care of timely and efficiently. Highly recommend

  Called for emergency sewage problem on a Saturday at 3:30. Guy was there in less than 1/2 hour. Very reasonable price for the repair. So happy with the service and pricing that we bought a home service contract. Jayden was so helpful and explained everything that was happening. He couldn’t have been more pleasant to work with. Highly recommend!

  I have been a customer for many years and signed up for the partnership program for peace of mind. The last 2 plus years I have been paying a monthly fee to get extra services when needed as a priority member but never used it, until I tried today and quickly found out it was a scam, I called for service on my hot water heater that they installed in April of 2023, was told it was not under warranty anymore, which I expected, then was told since I am a priority customer they would dispatch someone as soon as possible. At 10am I received a call from dispatch stating a tech would be at my house within the hour, at 11:40am I called to inquire why nobody had come yet and was told they were just dispatched at 11:40. I tracked the driver and it said he would arrive in 53 minutes, at 12:50 I called again and asked why the tech had not arrived yet and was told they should have called me, the driver's truck broke down and they had nobody else until possibly sometime after 2pm, I cancelled the service call and cancelled my "priority" scam monthly service fee. I will not be doing business with them any longer since they obviously do not need me as a loyal customer any longer DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THEIR PARTNERSHIP PROGRAM

  Jose came to our place. Looked at the problem. Gave us our options. We chose. He delivered. Problem solved. He gave us things to consider before leaving, which is a super plus. He was not a pushy sales person, some of their reps can be, and seemed very ethical, some of their reps don’t seem to be. Definitely would call on him again should the need arise. Thank you very much Jose and thank you Aiello. We did not get any compensation for this review.

  A toilet in my house needed repair, the flow was not working properly. My wife made an attempt to do the repair on her own which did not end with the appropriate outcome. In an ask to have a professional job done. I spoke with my wife about calling a company. She called Aiello which they came out a few days after the toilet was shut off. The gentleman who came to do the job stated everything was fine. A few days later I noted there was a small amount of water on the floor. In actuality there was a slow bleed from the seals that this gentleman placed that had been leaking onto my floor and damaged the bathroom flooring below from being soaked and saturated in water. Upon calling the company they made no emergent effort to come out and fix their mistakes. It was very clear if you looked underneath that the bolts had not been done with appropriate seals and they were leaking for days. They only gave me the option of another day when a family member was home the entire day of being"first call". Safe to say I had to go another 3 days with my house being down toilet. When the person arrived to fix the problem, it was the same person that had come the first time. He readjusted everything and ensured it was fixed, low and behold 10 minutes later my wife called him to return. The same person realized he had put on broken pieces and did the appropriate seals that were needed for underneath. After all was said and done, the job is finally finished. Although now my toilet does phantom flushes all the time. And I can't for the life of me figure it out, sadly I don't do plumbing. So some of the take home from this is that the company themselves does not care about the customer to help in an emergent or time constrained manner when they have made a mistake. They also made no effort to help address the fact that them leaving me with a water leak caused flooring damage in my home. And oh yeah I forgot to mention this part, THEY CHARGED MY WIFE NEARLY $800 TO DO A LESS THAN 1 HOUR JOB FOR A $25 PART. YES NEARLY $800. That was one of the most absurd things I had ever heard and I was shocked. My wife even said yes to paying it but by the time I was home it had already happened. No company in the state of Connecticut charges that much for the inner guts working of a toilet for a replacement. At the same time, the gentleman tried to get my wife to buy an entire new toilet for an additional $500. He tried to have her get a new toilet installation costing nearly $1,400 after taxes. Absolutely absurd and I will never recommend the company Aiello to anyone.
