- SFShane FowlerJan 5, 20181.0Said they would come to my house and fix well pump issue.. they told me they would have it fixed that day. Got pump stuck in well, tried to tell me it was a 4" sleeve.. (it's a 5" sleeve) after getting pump stuck they decided to check out wires.. found bad wire..fixed that and left saying they had no way of getting pump free.. this was on a friday.. had to wait until Monday to have another company yank a good pump out and replace it( got damaged pulling out).. then Stavens sends me a bill for $95.00.. Good luck !!! I had to pay $2,200 to have another company fix what you screwed up !.. I have heard good things about them, but my experience wasn't good.
