  The electricians did a great job on the installation and clean up of the site, when they were finished, they showed me how the system works and runs. I would definitely recommend Kay Generator Co.

  On a recent semiannual service maintenance, I was advised I needed to replace my 12 year old Generac Guardian Generator with 277 hours of use at cost of $8,800. I contacted Generac and they suggested I get a second opinion which I did. The problem was a disconnected wire.

  We had a great experience with Kay Generator. Not only did they install our generator flawlessly-- our maintenance plan w/the team there is excellent. A special shout-out to Troy who is not only super skilled but incredibly friendly and took a lot of time to answer all of our questions.

  The Kay Generator team was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. What I appreciated most was the transparency in the pricing. David did not add things to the estimate that we didn't need unlike other estimates we received. When I asked why things were or were not included I always got an honest answer.

  Install was poorly done and they refused to correct. They blamed another company who only delivered the tank. They sold me expensive tank that cannot be buried. Tank tipped because base was not sufficient. I had to hire someone else to correct. Good sales pitch but bad service
