Beginning with talking to the owner herself, Gloria, who took all of my information. I needed two new extension springs and she gave me an exact price for the two springs and the cost of labor, which I totally agreed too. The quotes that I got from other garage door companies were astronomical, compared to the price that Gloria gave me. She said, we can book you for first thing Monday morning at 8:30 a.m., and the truck pulled up into the driveway at 8:15 a.m. The garage door mechanic named Lenny, was very cordial, respectful and did an excellent job of installing the new springs , and was finished within an hour. I give Crawford Door and Lenny, the mechanic, an AAA+++. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM WITH NO RESERVATIONS !!!
