  Chris did a great job fixing our gutters, adding leaf guards, and fixed some damaged siding. Pricing is reasonable and was great at getting back to us/communicating by text which makes everything easier. Will definitely work with him again on future home improvement projects.

  Of the 7 contractors I called to get quotes on a small flashing and soffit repair job, only Chris returned my call that day. Only one other contractor called me back, and that was 4 days later. After texting Chris photos of the damage, he provided me a quote the same day, then came out within a week to do the job. I'd highly recommend contacting Chris for anyone who is looking to have exterior work done.

  Chris does a phenomenal job each time for a very reasonable price. Quality work each time and detail oriented. I almost think he is a perfectionist in his craft because he won't stop working until whatever he does comes out perfect. He understands that leaving happy customers will result in long term trusted relationships. Comparing quotes from multiple contractors and having been in need for many contractor jobs, Chris will win the bid in my book 10/10 times. Over last 5 years he has helped me with roof repair, putting up new metal roofing, helping with framing of a new addition, fixing badly installed gutters and windows, installation of replacement and new windows (us made and european), complete (and i mean complete) siding ripdown and installation to manufacturer standards with all weatherproofing and insulation, buit a wood deck and front staircase from ground up.
