  Roof vent cap installed. The technicians were extremely knowledgeable, polite, and worked in unison to complete the job in amazing time. The office called to confirm the appointment, and the technician called me shortly before he said his group would be arriving. Everyone was very professional and kind. I would like to add an additional thank you to Dennis Danley who knew exactly how to fix the roof vent problem and adjusted pricing accordingly. I am forever grateful.

  I booked Brown Roofing to replace the entire roof on the house and garage (25+ years old and growing moss). Chase showed up to evaluate and made great recommendations to help bring the cost down (like keeping the copper gutters I had which were still in great condition). The quote I received afterwards was very fair (I received another quote in the same ballpark using the same material). But I preferred Brown because they were very responsive to schedule everything from the start. After signing the contract, I was scheduled within to have the installation within 3 weeks, they showed up and did the work over 2 days. I loved that they captured drone images to show me how everything was going throughout the day. Also helped show me the condition of the plywood underneath, which was great. That was an unexpected but very nice touch. They were also phenomenal at cleaning up afterwards. They had one of their guys going around the front and backyard with a magnetic roller that picks up all the nails. I really appreciated all the work they did and the communication throughout. I highly recommend them!!

  The entire job, from start to finish, was excellent. The service, the support from other members of the crew ("Hey .. I need ..." ... "Got it right here.") was exceptional. Jim made sure everything went together the way it was supposed to go, not the way it looked like it was supposed to go. Good job to all, and I recognize I didn't name everyone that worked the job. Your efforts did not go unnoticed.

  Brown Roofing was wonderful to work with from start to finish! From my initial inquiry to inspection and quote by Coleton and completion of the project by Guery and his team the process was extremely smooth. Coleton took the time to explain what all goes into a roof and basically built a mini roof In front of me. I felt confident in moving forward and never pressured. The team showed up on time and worked through the day and my project was completed on time. They protected my deck, lawn and gardens and cleaned up extremely well. I would definitely recommend Brown Roofing!

  Had to replace our 30 year old roof and after meeting with 3 roofing companies I chose Brown roofing basically because the salesguy Coleton was amazing! I liked him right away, cheerful smile and very thoughtful. He even had disposable booties to put on when he came in the house. He talked me through the whole procedure and helped me choose the new color for the shingles, which I wasn't sure about but WOW does it look fantastic! My husband and I stayed in the house during the installation since we have 4 cats and we wanted to make sure they would be ok. It was noisy for sure but after a while they all settled in and basically slept. There a couple minor hiccups...the flashing part they got for the chimney was too small and they had to ordered the correct one and they damaged the drywall under the skylight so that is why I didn't put 5 stars. But Noel who was the project manager kept me in the loop the whole day. Like I said the roof looks great and they roofer guys were the best! So professional and amazingly tidy! And I am really happy with the shingle color and the new black gutters Coleton also recommended! They came back to put the correct flashing on the chimney a couple weeks later and also did replace the piece of drywall that got damaged so all turned out good.
