  Our experience with Astacio was smooth and easy from start to finish. I called to schedule an appointment and was able to have a technician come out the next day. We had a number of plumbing concerns a leaking toilet, a rigged messy leaking p-trap, and a leaking sink. Yadson was incredibly professional, kind and informative - he laid out all of our options for us and the pricing was very fair. There was no pressure to commit and he wasn’t pushy, just kind and he answered all of our questions. We decided to have the p-trap replaced as well as an old toilet and he was able to get it done the same day. Yadson & his colleague did the repairs quickly & thoroughly - he even asked for cleaning products & cleaned around where the old toilet had been before installing the new one. We had held off on these repairs for a while fearing it would be too expensive but we’re so happy we went with this company. Highly recommend!

  Always great to work with Arsenio who is a tremendous talent. He brings years of experience and care to his job and always logically drills down to find what's wrong fix problems and bring the HVAC units to their peak performance. I give him my highest recommendation.

  We just had Astacio/Sila come to our home to provide routine maintenance on our HVAC system. The technician we had was Arsenio. My husband and I found him thorough, helpful, and clear with regard to mistakes made by another company and steps we could take to make our system run better. Update: We just had Astacio/Sila and Arsenio back to install a bypass damper to our HVAC. The same care and consideration was shown with a very labor intensive job. We fully appreciate his hard work and look forward to continuing our relationship with Astacio/Sila.

  NOT RELIABLE! I called them to come over and take a look at a problem I was having with my furnace. They couldn't come on the same day so I scheduled an appointment for 10 days later. After getting conflicting appointment time texts (apparently because the service tech called in sick), they confirmed that they would be over later on that Monday. I waited around all day for them and they never showed up or called - completely blew me off. I called their office at the end of the day and they said someone would call me the next morning (Tuesday) to let me know when they would come on Tuesday. They never called and then I received a text Tuesday night confirming an appointment I was never advised of for the next day (Wednesday) from between 9 - 5. I called and cancelled. Not reliable at all.

  Wish I could give them 0 stars. We had them come out last winter to service our furnace. Within a month of them coming out our furnace stopped working. They claimed to have replace the filter, but our filter was clearly not replaced. We replace our filter every 3 months. This past week we had to have an emergency repair because our furnaced stopped working. Our condensation tube was filled with so much mud and buckets of water had to be dumped. I called and spoke to Nolan, he told me a manager would get back to me within 24 hours..nothing. Called back and spoke with Vanessa, she told me a manager would get back to me within 24 hours...nothing. Called back for the THIRD time and spoke with Ivy and finally had the manager, Micheal Bennet call me back. They clearly didnt clean our condensation tube last year when they serviced our furnace. Was not apologetic and emphasized the situation and the fact that I had to pay $190 to get the condensation tube cleaned, which they should have done last year. They are suppose to come next week to service our furnace again and I will be looking at other companies for this now. Like the other reviews....poor service.
