Sean O'Hara serviced my boiler. He was thorough, efficient, and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything to me, answer all of my questions, and make recommendations about making the most out of my heating system. I can't say enough about how excellent he was in every way. Astacio/Sila is lucky to have him.

Christian D from Astacio Heating, Plumbing @ Electrical was absolutely top-notch. He arrived on time, listened carefully, and quickly figured out the issue. He took the time to explain everything clearly and set the right expectations for the next steps. Extremely thorough and professional from start to finish — you can tell he takes real pride in his work. We’re still in the process of completing the job, but based on today’s visit, I have full confidence in his expertise and follow-through. Highly recommend.
BUYERS/CUSTOMERS BEWARE!!! Seriously, work with any other company in the Connecticut area! I do not write negative reviews ever but I have absolutely had it with this company.
I bought a brand new hvac system like 3 years ago. When they came to install it there were issues. Someone come to my house to inspect everything to see if we re ready to go for what they were installing. During the installation they said my house does not have enough electric breakers to control the heat pump and it will cost an additional $3k after everything was already done. I said that was not in the quote or mentioned at installment. After fighting they finally agreed to cover the costs. Fast forward to a year and it already had issues. Parts needed to be ordered and replaced. Every time it’s always the part is on back order. I spent $12.5k on this unit. This past summer, I could already tell my second 2 ton unit was going. I wanted to give these guys a second chance because they did honor their mistake the first time. So I did, and that was my biggest mistake. This July, I had my second unit installed for about the same price with third to be installed at a later date because, that’s right, you got it, back order. They install this second unit and good lord the technician was about to leave after the install and I said excuse me, it’s blowing hot air. He checked and of course it was, told me I needed refrigerant. I’m sorry, you installed a brand new unit and there’s no refrigerant? So, I had to wait on that, and while that was happening the fan was having issues on the first one, so the tech looked at the other unit they installed a few years ago to see what may be happening with the new one, and couldn’t figure it out. Turns out, THE OTHER ONE STOPPED WORKING. Both units had no AC in 90 degree weather. The older newer unit had an issue with the motherboard. Yup, another issue. So that had to be done. Then the other issue on the new unit was it needed a new return grate. Nothing but issue after issue. Then I was told an electrician needed to come cause I don’t have the right wires. I’m sorry, I don’t have the right wires, you mean that was not included and accounted for. So then an electrician came and did and I asked can you please hook everything up and of course he wasn’t allowed, they needed to send another technician yo get it done. Finally after a few weeks after install I was up and running, of course on the hottest weeks of the year. Then when it started to get cold I went to turn on auxiliary settings which allows the heat pump to turn off when outside temperature gets too cold and of course that wasn’t on. Had to send a other technician to do that and connect the wires. Two days later the WHOLE SYSTEM SHUTS DOWN, with 40 degree weather and the heat isn’t coming on. I called for emergency service, nope sorry we are too busy. We can come in morning first thing. After fighting and arguing that I have dangerous temperatures in my kids rooms, I figured a temp fix on my own. The next morning they were supposed to be here, no sign of them, I had 5 missed calls for confirmation. Are you kidding company protocol? I told the technician he has full permission to enter my house I will not be accessible just go there and do it (I’m on a recorded line), plus they have done that previously. He tell me we can’t do that. They gave me nothing but BS excuses and finally agreed to send someone that day later in the day. I was told directly by technician this thing is messed up, I can’t believe how many people have been to your house and can’t get this done. And he was even so frustrated cause he wasn’t sure what’s going on and Lennox was not available or anyone. Side note, don’t you dare take this up with the that technician cause he’s the only damn one at the company that cares about customer service. Still issues and it’s not working. I cancelled the other service for the other third unit. This company is so negligent and horrific with customer service. I’m beyond disgusted. No one helps they are not organized and it’s a catastrophe here.

I used Astacio to install new heat pumps in my home. It's been quite a ride but I feel like they've been right there with me. I got 2 heat pumps that were installed in the same week, it was relatively smooth.
The experience definitely had its hiccups. From leaking coolant, to busted exhaust pipes to a misconfigured control panel. But every time I was able to call Astacio and get it fixed relatively quickly, including replacing a part under warranty and sending over someone same day when there was a potential safety issue. This was all under their initial scope and they have been relatively quick about getting me the support I needed. I'll likely look into their service agreement in the future so I get the same level of service.
Their latest tech, Robert Clarke did a really good job of diagnosing an misconfiguration issue even when Honeywell's support system was down. He walked me through what was happening, listened to me when I explained that the issue was likely not in the thermostat, and eventually resolved the issue.
The bad - Once I actually got on the phone with the right person, it wasn't too bad. Their digital assistant is scary realistic and fooled me a few times, but I never got a call back after leaving a message. I was also bounced around a bit to get to the install team.
It was a ride, but like I said, I felt supported the whole time. I hope to continue using their services in the future!.

No, no, no!
I awoke this AM with no hot water. Googled HVACs in my area and I recognized the name Astacio from vans around town. Called their number and I spoke with the AI. Annoyed, I had no choice and I desperately needed service because cold showers are no fun.
The AI dutifully took all my info down, and even simulated the sound of typing whilst I answered “her” questions of what was going wrong. I secured an appointment for tomorrow. Score!
Not so fast…..
I then received a call at 3:15pm today from a human at Astacio who told me that the AI shouldn’t have booked the appointment and the earliest available would be six days from today. And now that I’m getting this update at the end of the day, I’m out of time to call other vendors to scour for an earlier appointment. And she broke this news of her insubordinate AI to me AFTER 1) spending five minutes with me asking all sorts of detailed questions about my house, heater etc and 2) putting me on hold for five minutes. When she broke the news to me that I didn’t in fact have an appointment, at least not one in the physical world, I asked her if she was insane.
