- STSherry Thaller5 days ago5.0Thought my thermostat was dead and wanted Viglione to put it in. Turns out my Zone Valve was bad. I am glad the gentleman that came out installed my new thermostat but waited to see if the heat came on (whic it did not). I showed him where my Zone valve was and he noticed that it was not acting right. Thank you! Now I have controlled heat and not full blown heat (which is how I had heat bypassing the Zone valve).
