  My experience with JP Carroll Roofing was 100% positive. I had been a little wary hiring a big company, rather than a private contractor, but since I needed my roof replaced in the winter, I went with it. And wow - they did not disappoint. They got the entire project done in one long day! Project Manager Anthony Lacafta communicated with me throughout the process and afterwards, explained everything, and sent me photos, which I very much appreciated. The crew, led expertly by Christian, worked diligently and knew what they were doing. They were very respectful of me and my property. I was very pleased with the work they did. I 100% recommend. The price was higher than I had hoped for, but I appreciated being refunded for the plywood they ended up not using.

  Great communication and transparency from my first request for a quote all the way to the end. I filled out a quote request form on the website and not 10 minutes later received a call to set up the appointment. I wish I remember the gentleman's name because he was awesome and easy to talk to. Appointment was set for the upcoming weekend. Doug Grieco came out on Saturday and went over the house with a drone. We have some skylights which had some leaks around them. Doug was very knowledgeable and gave us a few options of shingle levels, and discussed exactly how they would take care of the skylight issues. We were scheduled in less than 2 weeks later. The crew, headed by Manwuell, and overseen by Mike Cnsolini were incredibly hard working and efficient, and kept the yard pristine. They did a wonderful job communicating when the crew would arrive, and status updates throughout. They finished ahead of schedule, and Mike continued to follow up to confirm the dumpster had been removed the next day. The new roof came out great and we highly recommend the folks we worked with, and J.P.Carroll as a whole.

  Had a very great experience with this company, the manager Mike Consolini And the crew leader, Danny did a phenomenal job. They worked very hard in the cold weather and got the job done. Might continued to update me throughout the process by sending me pictures and letting me know every every step of what was happening and even how the application go down, he was a tentative to what I was asking for I was able to get the dumpster out and a good cleanup job, They were even out on Christmas Eve, Mike even helped out by doing a little patches on the ceiling inside, which was great, the office staff were very professional highly recommend

  We had a great experience with this company. Everybody was courteous and professional the project manager, Mr. Mike Consolini gave me a call the afternoon prior to the job starting to go over the job and if I had any questions or concerns which I thought was very thoughtful and professional, he and the crew arrived exactly at the time they said they would the Dumpster arrived shortly after they worked very hard the project manager kept me informed by sending me photos and keeping me updated after they were done. They did a phenomenal cleanup job and were able to get the dumpster out the same day Highly recommend recommendable

  Overall I would recommend this company for a roofing install with a few caveats. TLDR: fast turnaround, fair prices, incredible contracted gutter install company but very poor roofing clean up and an expectation to leave a 5 star google review. Pros - Fair pricing and good seasonal discounts and financing options: They had some promotional deals going on that were pretty good and I ended up paying what I had budgeted just for a roof for both a roof and gutters which I was happy about. - Quick turnaround time: within a week of accepting financing we had a new roof. We have a small home but the entire roof was complete within a day which was amazing. - Communication during project: during the roofing install Rob was very communicative and sent excellent updates and pictures of the install. - Easy Point of Contact: Kelsey was always easy to reach and could either answer my questions or get an answer for me quickly. - Gutter Contractor: the company they contracted out to for gutter installation was phenomenal, they deserve 5+ stars. They were fast, friendly and efficient. They did a very thorough walk through, the install looked amazing and they did an impeccable clean up after they were finished. - Warranty: very happy with the warranty options provided for the roof. Especially the one time warranty transfer is definitely a selling point for me as someone that may plan to sell my home during the warranty period. - Resolution to Damaged Property: unfortunately our grill cover was damaged during the install but the company was apologetic and provided a swift resolution. Areas in need of improvement - Project Clean Up: I have included an image of the metal debris picked up from our driveway, front steps, and back porch in the 12 hour period following the roof install. All high traffic areas where we walk and drive. Half of this was found in our driveway within 5 minutes of the crew leaving. Luckily my husband went out in the dark with a flashlight before I got home from work, otherwise I would have been driving over nails, staples and razor blades all found in my parking spot in the driveway. I understand that snow can make clean up more difficult but our driveway had little to no snow. And again my husband was just one person with no magnets only two hands and a flash light was able to clean up our entire driveways of debris within 5 minutes. - 5 star google review requests: there is an expectation when using this company to leave a 5 star google review. You will receive texts and requests asking for a 5 star google review and that the team’s bonuses depend on the receipt of a 5 star google review. I would much prefer a company ask for honest reviews to be left and let the quality of their work speak for themselves instead of telling you what to rate them. This shows they are not willing to accept constructive feedback on the quality of their work and only care about their perceived image on google. This in my eyes makes every 5 star you read about this company entirely invalid. - Certificate of Customer Satisfaction: After the roofing installation they asked my husband to sign for me in the dark that we were satisfied with the completion of the roofing install. This document was pre checked off and could not be altered and again was asked to be signed in the dark without any explanation of what was being signed. I have included what that looks like as well, I redacted names and account information only. It is unreasonable to expect someone to sign for these items after a quick walkthrough in the dark when it’s impossible to determine my level of satisfaction. They even checked off that they left a sign which they didn’t do which is fine but ultimately a flawed document. Another example of the company not caring at all about the customer’s actual satisfaction. Again I never signed this document because I was not present but they had my husband sign his name even though he was not the purchaser of this roof. It’s not 1950 he does not have the authority to sign on my behalf.
