Have subsequently had him install a water softener. Excellent service, reasonable prices, top quality products/system components installed. Bob is always punctual, shows up when he says, works efficiently, and billing is also prompt and very clear. Top tier all around.
- JJJOct 16, 20183.0Right now I would like to post just one star, but I have to admit the job performed was satisfactory. HOWEVER, good luck trying to get a hold of anyone after the system is installed. There is an automated answering service (which I suspect serves a number of businesses, not just Affordable) which can put you on hold for quite some time. Calls may take days to be returned. In all fairness, I have never had to report an emergency, so maybe a response would be more forthcoming in that situation. Just SO FRUSTRATING.
