  Great experience with this company. From start to finish they were professional, honest and attentive to details. Communication was fluent. We were always kept informed and any questions or changes were handled thoughtfully. The quality of work and materials is excellent and everything was delivered as planned. I highly recommend the designer and team as they combine talent with experience, reliability and genuine care for the needs of the client.

  We found the design to be perfect for our needs and space. John and Linda were extremely helpful and patient walking us through a process that was completely unique to us. Their assistance in choosing materials and decision making were particularly helpful. The end result and workmanship exceeded our highest expectations.

  We used CT Kitchen & Bath Studio design services for a new kitchen remodel as well as updating adjoining hallways and a 1/2 bathroom. The kitchen was completely new with a large bay window addition, a rearranged layout, added appliances and features, all in the existing floor space. The kitchen came out great. John (Designer) is very experienced, professional, and pays strict attention to the details. During the design phase, he offered options and iterated the plan as we reviewed the features and finalized our selections. This took time and John was very helpful. The final design was approved and there were no surprises or changes required during construction.

  I did my kitchen through CT kitchen & bath a few years ago and the whole process was horrible. The owner was incredibly rude, dismissive and didn’t explain or go over any of the details that he should have discussed with us. There was literally no mention of door styles, crown, or interior cabinet accessories. His wife however was sweet as can be and totally welcoming. Now that I am very experienced in kitchen design I realize just how little he showed us. Getting the kitchen layout done the way that I wanted was a fight and not only till after he saw it in place did he agree that it worked. My lower cabinet finish is not what I wanted and I still dislike it, 4 years later, AND my lower and upper cabinets aren’t even in the same door style! Redoing your kitchen is a very costly upgrade and it’s important to have someone that’s patient and explains everything thoroughly to you. That is not at all what we experienced here.

  We are absolutely love our new kitchen. John was extremely professional in working with us, taking all the time we needed to go through our ideas. He also helped us avoid some pitfalls. The workers were wonderful and always cleaned up after themselves--NO MESSES! They were really good about letting us know when they were coming so we could be ready for them. It also took exactly the amount of time John said it would--and the price was so good we didn't have to take out a loan. We highly recommend CT Kitchen & Bath for any remodel project.
