Had a breaker tripping and needed it replaced and asked for an estimate for running a line to my house to an out building. Replace breaker was $550 (around 20 mins) and used a $40 breaker. Did the trouble shooting and measurements for the estimate for work. Another $550 for that (took an hour). Now it’s two days later. Breaker still doesn’t work and I never got and estimate for the work. Called them as the break that doesn’t work is to a Jacuzzi and they can’t get out til next week and we are having freezing weather. So now do I have to drain jacuzzi to prevent it from freezing. Seems like I paid $1100 and I didn’t get anything.

I've never before left a 1 star review in my life, but this company enraged me in multiple ways.
We booked them for a sewer scope. I live in a four plex, so they run the scope through my neighbors toilet in the most unprofessional and careless way completely destroying her bathroom to the point that she needs to have it re-painted.
Then they proceed to diagnose a FULL SEWER LINE REPLACEMENT estimating it at $25K-$30K stating 2 of the condos would need to move out of their house while the work is taking place as they will have to excavate into the home's foundation. This caused so much stress to all the residents.
Blue Sky then refused to email us the video of the scope THAT WE PAID FOR until 2 weeks later, multiple phone calls and threats of wanting our money back.
Once we received the video, I called FOUR other companies to get a second opinion. All four companies said the line needed to be descaled and cleaned...for an average of $1500.
This company felt like a total SCAM and waste of our time and money. We will never be using them again.

Kyle came to home in response to a slight propane gas smell. Kyle was relentless in his efforts to track down the source of the small propane gas leak in my boiler. As it turned out Kyle was very experienced with servicing boilers based on his history as a certified technician in New Hampshire, as hot water heating systems are common in this area of the county. My project was complex since the leak was coming from / through the gas control valve rather than any of the surrounding fitting. Kyle replaced the control valve and also the in-line valve controlling gas flow to the boiler that was not functioning properly ( allowed some gas to continue flowing the the boiler even when shut off) He then throughly checked the entire operation of the boiler and lit the pilot light on my other appliances that were shut down when Kyle turned off the propane supply at the outdoor tank. Kyle is very personable, dedicated, knowledgeable, and remarkably patient.

I hate to leave a bad review but I’ve been relying heavily on reviews to hire companies as I just bought a home in Evergreen so I want to share my experience with Blue Sky. I had an appointment booked with an arrival window of 8-10am this morning. A two hour window is inconvenient but not unexpected - I know a lot of companies do this. I was at the house before 8am to make sure no one had to wait on me. About 8:45am I reached out and asked if they had a more precise ETA for me. They said they’d get back to me but then never did. At 9:15am I tried calling and no one got back to me. 10am rolled around and no one had arrived or contacted me. I gave them another 5 minutes before I had to leave to return to work. At about 10:15am I finally received a text saying they were running late. They said someone would be at the house before 12pm. No apologies, no asking if that would work for me. Unfortunately, I work full-time and had already taken the morning off and could not sit at the house waiting for another 2 hours. They say they will let you know 30 min before the tech arrives so at the latest I should have been contacted by 9:30am to be informed that they would no longer be able to honor my appointment. I can’t speak to the quality of their work if they actually show up but given my experience, if you value reliability as much as I do, I strongly recommend you look elsewhere for your plumbing / HVAC needs.

This is the second job we've had Blue Sky do for us - we were very happy with their work on the first job (an underground gas leak) but I was even more impressed with this job they did for us (replacing our furnace and water heater). The last work done on these systems in our very tight furnace closet did not make the job easy for Adam and Jared, (along with 2 other guys whose names I regrettably don't remember) not because of them but because of the tight space and less-than-awesome work done prior. Despite this, the professionalism they showed was something you rarely see these days ... they communicated clearly, took extra measures to make sure their work did not leave any mess whatsoever when they left (Adam even wiped off fingerprints I had not even noticed that he found on a door before he left!), and were SO polite and pleasant. They apologized for any inconvenience caused multiple times when the job went longer than they possibly expected it to take and they were patient with my young children as well. Adam and Jared - you and your team were awesome and I would happily recommend Blue Sky to others!
