  Roof Geeks were really great to work with. Billy is very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of our questions. He worked with us and our insurance company to make sure everything was in order. I would highly recommend them!

  While I personally have not used this service and I see great reviews about their work quality, I will not be using them simply because the solicitor that came to my door was rather rude and did not do a great job of representing this company. He was loudly talking on his cell phone with someone and placed his personal belongings on our porch post. Then started yelling to say he is "working with the city". I know this is not the case as we've had many roofing solicitors in our area lately due to a bad storm that hit a town 5 miles away (no damage in our area occurred). He then scoffed when I didn't answer the door (I work from home and was in a meeting at the time) and walked away. I felt rather intimidated by all the noise on my front porch and after watching the video on my security camera, I'm glad I wasn't able to answer the door. This is my first interaction with this company and it was not a pleasant one. Solicitors should remember they are the face of the company they work for and those first impressions count

  Woke up at 7am to fallen drywall in my garage after last night’s rain. Sent a video to Billy from Roof Geeks and by 10am—problem solved. He was on it immediately, sent me pictures of the damage, and even went above and beyond sealing all the nails. To be fair, he warned me last year that this could happen, and I brushed it off… lesson learned. He didn’t just patch the issue—he fixed it thoroughly and took care of past problems too. Seriously, if you want a roofer who shows up, communicates, and actually gets stuff done—call Roof Geeks. Call Billy. You won’t regret it.
