  Mario was very professional and personable. He knew what he was talking about. My only concern was the price, which seemed high. That’s no reflection on Mario of course. It’s hard to know without doing comparisons and delaying repairs only makes things worse. So, I have to trust that your company isn’t price gouging. When all is said and done I will be into Needham for about $7500. I think I should’ve been a plumber. All that aside, Mario and the other guys were excellent. I will recommend Needham to others. You get what you pay for I guess.

  We had Jim Needham Plumbing & Heating come out to check our water softener to make sure it was running correctly and efficiently. The office called to let me know the tech could arrive earlier, which was great, and I received Nolan’s info and ETA via text. Nolan was extremely polite, personable, and very knowledgeable. He listened carefully to all of our concerns about the water softener, explained everything clearly, and addressed each issue. He also noticed some pretty major concerns with our water heater that need to be taken care of soon and took the time to walk us through those as well. Everything was documented and written down, which was incredibly helpful because it was a lot of information. They charge a small service/assessment fee, but if you decide to move forward with repairs, that fee is applied toward the work. At the end of the visit, Nolan went over all of the costs up front with clear descriptions—no surprises or hidden fees—and the full estimate was emailed to us so we could review it. We haven’t decided yet which route we’ll take with the repairs, but if we choose to continue with them, we feel very comfortable doing so because of how detailed, honest, and professional Nolan was. Based on this experience, I highly recommend Jim Needham and especially Nolan.

From start to finish, he was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly friendly. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all our questions, and made sure we understood how to operate and maintain the new unit. It’s rare these days to find someone who truly takes pride in their work, but Tyson absolutely does. He showed up right on time, worked efficiently, left everything spotless, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. You can tell he knows his craft inside and out. If you need a plumber who’s dependable, honest, and genuinely cares about doing the job right, Tyson is the one to call. We’ll definitely be requesting him for any future plumbing needs!
