  I had a great experience with Tuscan! I called Saturday morning and Tuscan sent a technician out by 9am. Our service technician, Paul K., was friendly and professional. He quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue with our furnace and humidifier, and even vacuumed up the standing water. Would definitely recommend!

  Fantastic plumbing experience with Muris and Jerrell. They showed up a little earlier than expected and were very honest and professional. I had another plumbing company out previously to clear a backup in my main sewer line and they did a very poor job so I contacted Tuscan for a second opinion. Muris was extremely thorough with snaking the line and showing me all the roots he was able to remove that the previous company had missed. Tuscan absolutely deserves their 5 star rating and they will be my first call for any plumbing, electrical, or HVAC work in the future.

  Tuscan was able to schedule us the next business day after I called for our annual furnace maintenance. Landon came to do the maintenance. He was courteous and knowledgeable. He explained everything he did. He showed me where the furnace was extra dusty and suggested some additional cleaning that wasn't covered under the standard maintenance, but didn't pressure me into getting it; this is highly appreciated and set Tuscan apart from other companies I've used in the past who have tried to pressure me into buying additional services.

  We had an excellent experience with Muris and Jerrell as our technicians today. They fixed multiple problems for us, some of which other companies had not been able to solve. Both were extremely professional as well as knowledgeable about every facet of our plumbing system. They gave us great advice on tips to maintain our system, they were prompt and highly communicative through the entire process. We would recommend them without reservation!
