  Its a little pricy but they have a Nice selection of custom glass last few times I requested quotes their response time has kinda sucked called at 10:00 am and they where supposed to call me back with a quote but never did so a little dissatisfied with that.

  Needed 2 Windows price was hundreds lower than other quotes, gave me a 30 day time frame to have custom made. Called .me 10 days latter and had them ready. Thanks for your great service.

  I am for the most part. A very patient guy. This whole thing started November 21, I believe was my first contact from my phone records. They came out, looked chatted, left. I was very pleased at this point, they were very nice. It is now December 28. And I don't have anything to show, my kitchen re model is now nearing the end, and still no windows. NOT EVEN MY BID FOR WINDOWS. I have called, and called, and called. 8 different days to be exact. And not 8 straight, I gave plenty of time In between for them to call back, about 5 days. I would however, sometimes call multiple times that day and get asked to leave a message, and I'll get a call back... no such luck. They seemed very friendly and knowledgeable, this why i have given it so long. Because I really did want to use them, as I have a bunch of other windows and sliding doors and rental properties that will need work in the future. But, I'm done waiting. Over 5 weeks to get just the bid, and then get the ball rolling. Not even a phone call back, let alone. I was planning on using them regardless as long as it wasnt outrageous. Shame, because they sure seemed genuine.

  Brought broken mirror and frame to get fixed, they fixed the mirror but didn't put any backing. Very unprofessional. Will not use them again.
