When my sewer line collapsed, it was a stressful and overwhelming situation—but from the very first call, Kasey was compassionate, professional, and incredibly prompt in getting things fixed. They treated my problem as if it were their own. The level of care, communication, and dedication they showed was beyond anything I’ve experienced with a plumbing company before. Mike and Kasey took the time to explain every step, kept me informed throughout the repair process, and made sure everything was done the right way. Their entire team was amazing—hard-working, respectful, and clearly take pride in what they do. It’s rare to find a company that combines such skill and professionalism with genuine kindness, but Burton’s Plumbing does exactly that. What started as a plumbing emergency actually turned into a great connection—I can honestly say we built a friendship through the process.
