Dan (the owner of the company) was terrific; he responded quickly to questions or concerns, was transparent and fair about requirements and pricing, and went above and beyond what we expected (even going so far as to touch up some paint personally when pulling the old gutters caused it to peel, despite us saying he didn't need to worry about it). The roofing crew was punctual, pleasant, got the job done quickly and did a fantastic job at clean up. No aggressive sales tactics, no corporate or franchise BS, just a locally owned small-business that got the job done and then some. I would absolutely recommend HPR, LTD for roofing in the Denver area.
