  I believe that Havens is the Best in the Area! Rick is very Knowledgeable and is a Craftsman that can help with many different types of solutions for your flooring needs based off his years of experience in the industry. Jessica will help you out in any way possible and knows Design trends. A Big Plus is this a Family owned Business that takes pride in Workmanship and they carry the best products in the industry that you won't find at the Big Box Stores.

  Feeling very grateful for my first experience with this company. Rick came out to look at a floor repair for my home and fixed it in less than 5 minutes!! It looks awesome! He was amazing! The kicker is that he didn’t charge me for it! I tried to pay him but he said no charge. Rick was friendly, professional, polite and super genuine. We will definitely be using this company again for a upcoming project! Thank you, Thank you! So much!🙏

  I made the huge mistake of hiring Rick and his team from Havens Hardwood floors to replace the carpet in our master bedroom, closet and also remove the tile flooring in our Master bath and put in a vinyl floor in all three areas. The job was to be a two day job and I was told that this was going to be an easy install from Rick. The job from start to finish took close to two weeks for them to finish. The installer just left and I thank God that I was able to just finish my business with Havens and pay the balance due. As you can see the detail work is trash. Missing quarter round everywhere, I do not think that Havens Hardwood flooring has the skill set to work in the flooring industry. The picture of the vent covered in dust is because they do not understand that they need to seal this off before starting the process. Honestly it is like a bad dream. I will now call a flooring company that knows what they are doing to fix this mess.

  We hired Havens to do what I thought was a very difficult flooring project. I had them remove several hundred square feet of floor tile, sand down several hundred square feet of existing hardwood flooring and mesh in new wood flooring where the tile was. They then came up with a stain color I loved. The only thing I can say about our floor is PERFECT! Also, the cost was very reasonable!

  Working with Rick and family was a true pleasure. I would highly recommend Havens Hardwood Floors. They completed my large (1000 sqft) job on time and with no issues. Their crews were courteous and professional. It is very hard to find a good contractor and I consider us very lucky to have found Havens.
