Established in the 1930s by Edgar Calahan. Current owners, Richard and Don Calahan have grown up with the industry. They have a passion for what they do and excitement for the challenges that come with the daily operations of a Commercial General Contractor. We work with most municipalities in the front range as well as Schools and Universities. About half of our customers are municipal/schools and half are private sector. With an Architect on staff, we also provide design-build services.

- AAAMBL58Jun 16, 20251.0Very disappointing experience! It took me 2 months to finally find a location for my new bar but it needed some work done inside. I thought it best to bring in the professionals and see what could be done so I contacted Jim and he came out and met with us, took some info and said he would be in touch with questions. Waited 3 weeks to inquire about a quote I was promised in 2 weeks. The reply I got was "tomorrow". Well tomorrow never came and Jim cost me the site. Please be very wary of dealing with such a terrible company!! "providing superior customer service and value" should NOT be on their webpage.
