It was important to make sure it was fixed quick so we didn't have a hard freeze. He was very informative and great to work with. Seems they also have some memberships you can sign up for if you want discounts. I didn't sign up yet but highly considering it. No high pressure on theirs plans, he simply mentioned them. Everything was fixed within 20 minutes and I'm one happy customer.

The situation could have been a valid reason to roll their eyes and say "really?!" But there wasn't even a hint of an eye roll, just understanding when I had a very stressful day. Correy, who is their GM, arrived first and looked it over and was so reassuring. He called Terin to follow up and even though nothing was needed, he was there very promptly and also with much kindness. I really love that Limelight can cover all the plumbing, electrical, and HVAC needs that a homeowner might have. Employing such stellar humans is the cherry on top! It's true that no one will treat you better. Thank you Limelight!
