Follow-up and customer service was very evident from the onset of getting a quote through working through on the details of getting to finalizing my order. Expectations were clearly set on timelines for scheduling of installation. The installation team was very focused on ensuring the install went well and without any issues. Excellent customer service throughout.

He explained everything very clearly, was upfront with the price and what it covers, did a stellar and very efficient job and also inspected the whole garage, hinges, grooves, and tightened up the garage door for free when we really didn't expect him to do that. The install was seamless and I couldn't recommend him enough - absolutely superb service.
