  I had a heat pump and gas furnace installed. Experience with Nate was great! I had lost heat with existing furnace and Nate stopped by same day to make sure I was covered. New system was installed within a couple days and Nate took the time to explain the heat pump and controls with me.

  Great experience from start to finish. It was very cold weather and they came out quickly, which I really appreciated. They got the insulation done efficiently and at a very reasonable price. The quality of the work was excellent, and the customer service was top-notch. Very happy with the product and the overall experience. Highly recommend. Nate is an awesome guy!

  ⭐️ Review Our furnace inducer motor failed last Friday, so my wife and I called this company for a diagnostic. The technician came out, spent about 10–15 minutes checking our Payne furnace, then told us the inducer motor was bad and that the fan blades were “half missing.” My wife specifically asked how much the part alone would cost, and he told her $700–$800. He then quoted $1,200+ total for the repair, claiming that was the price from his company’s “trusted parts supplier.” He also told us the part would take 3–5 days to come in. While he was still in our home, I looked up the exact compatible inducer motor online and found it readily available for $100–$150, with next-day delivery. When I questioned the pricing, he repeated that the part really cost $700–$800 and said that’s “just what it is.” I then stated that at that price, I’d rather install it myself. At that point, it was clear this wasn’t going anywhere. We paid the $90 diagnostic fee (which he said would be credited if we used them) and he left. We ordered the part ourselves for $110, it arrived the next day, and I installed it in about 10 minutes. Furnace works perfectly. I’m writing this review to warn others about companies that significantly inflate prices and rely on customers not knowing better. I’ve worked in the trades myself and left the industry for this exact reason—markups that are wildly out of proportion to the work being done. If companies were more transparent and upfront, they wouldn’t lose jobs to homeowners who are capable of handling minor repairs themselves with basic tools and readily available information. We didn’t “cheat” the system—we just didn’t get taken advantage of. We nowhave heat, and we saved over $1,000. I only allowed 1 star but if I could give 0 stars I would.

  Work up on a Saturday with no heat. called Nate and he was very responsive, showed up on time and had our furnace up and running in no time. Highly recommend this company and for sure ask for Nate
