  Sean is fantastic and really knows his stuff. I bought my home last November and hired Haining to set up my swamp cooler in May. He was able to show us how to use the wall control, etc., since we weren’t familiar with it. I hired them again to winterize the unit last week, Sean came out again. Hopefully he’ll be available in May 2026! Excellent service…made a lifetime customer out of me.

  Look no further! Outstanding customer service and quick response. Lucas and Justin went above and beyond to fix our system. I was treated fairly and they recommended an additional fix that would help the overall system and it wasn't crazy expensive. Look no further! This company is great!

  My mom struggles with vascular dementia. She felt a draft. She did what she would have done forever ago before the deminished capacity of reason. Called the HVAC people. Turns out it was her swamp cooler. Dude came out. I get it. Mom complained that there was a draft coming from the swamp cooler. The service tech charged her 89 dollars for the call And.. opened the vents wider.. and turned the swamperdown. But.. idk. Maybe assess the situation and call the shop to see if maybe . 40 bucks was cool? Idk. All I can say is good thing the caregiver was there when service guy arrived . What would the charge have been if not. Mom has good days and bad. In her mind she called for a draft cuz that's what you do. I don't need any haters. Neither does mom. Just sayin. It was obvious but they charged 89 dollars anyway.

  Haining repaired the toilet guts in my toilet on May 28, 2025 for $330. About a month later I called them back out because the toilet was making a noise. Justin the technician, determined that the flush handle he installed was rubbing on the lid and making a loud scrapping noise. He told me for $114 he could get me a different handle. I responded to the email with the quote, that I wanted to speak with someone about this. No one ever contacted me! If Haining can replace the handle, why did they take my original handle off, there was nothing wrong with it? Seems like the technicians are on a quota for parts/repairs? The problem is the handle they put on and they want me to pay to get another one? The toilet takes 60 seconds to fill back up. Every 4-5 flushes the flapper gets stuck and doesn't close and I have to lift the lid and wiggle valve. After almost 9 years of using Haining, and being a real estate agent that refers my clients to Haining, I am done with them.
