Technician Tristan was knowledgeable, thorough, courteous, and answered all my questions. This was just the assessment phase, but I have estimates for a couple options on the toilet repair and can assess which direction I want to go. Visit cost will be incorporated into cost of toilet repair or replace (cited below) Also got a thorough description of what is required to install an exterior faucet; awaiting estimate.
- FFFredrick FisherOct 30, 20251.0Hired to install new overhead light. Knew in advance a $189 service call charge, but could get no estimate in advance. Upon arrival they said it would take 1 hour to install. That hour for a journeyman electrician would be another $350. We cancelled the work.
