Ben is truly amazing and professional. It’s not the first time they’ve came out to make a repair. I will be calling them from now on. Thank you Bassett.

He came out on 1/7 to evaluate my water heater, and then came back on 1/8 to replace the water heater in my crawl space and my bedroom sink faucet. I’ve used Bassett previously to replaced my old furnace. No issues, quick responses, and attentive service. I highly recommend them as they can do pretty much all services for your home.

Jeff came out for furnace checkup and immediately was friendly, professional, and WANTED to teach me about how things worked (very rare) and explained it very well! He took photos and video to document everything very efficiently. We called to setup a followup appt there on the spot and the staff was again super friendly. I am definitely calling them back! Thank you Basset!
