He was prompt, thorough, and shared options to optimize my system’s performance with no additional pressure/upsell. Basset installed my system in 2013 and has maintained it ever since.     Could not give a higher recommendation! First Tim and Rick regarding assessment of the two heater units, and installation of a new thermostat. Then the crew, composed of Lorenzo, Tristan, Jeff and Jordan. Managed to complete the installation of the two new heaters and humidifiers in one day, which we had not expected. The work and explanations were excellent… Not to mention nice guys. Would highly recommend basset to anyone… Ben came a couple days later and was exceptionally informative and friendly!

    Chris and Chris were awesome! what i thought was gonne be an easy vent cleaning turned into a disaster. lets just say something had made a nest in the past, but they never gave up. eventually the blockage came out. they went above and beyond. im so relieved i dont have to have my laundry room torn apart! thanks again! sorry ya got so dirty 😀
