- MAMichael AkersMar 5, 20251.0The techs that come out to service our elevator are always courteous and knowledgeable but the office does not seem to have any urgency. We are a nursing home so the use of our elevator is critical, and they diagnosed a bad door motor on 2/21/25. I said please order it ASAP and when I checked in a week later they said that they would need to send a proposal for authorization to order the part. (they then sent it and I returned it a few minutes later but I'm wondering how much longer would have passed if I didn't call) So the elevator has been shut down since 2/21 and on 3/4/25 when I checked on an ETA they just said, "once the part is in, we will look at the schedule and see when we can fit you in". On top of that we have been waiting several months for a new pump that they suggested we need. This after we signed the proposal and was something they seemed to think was critical.
