One of my extended family members was at the hospital with his wife who is fighting cancer, and when he came back home the next morning, he found that his house caught fire and would have to be completely rebuilt. Scott showed up on the scene and I was very impressed with how he handled everything. He was so empathetic, informative, and compassionate. He developed trust and walked the family through next steps with honesty and without a hard sale; letting them know they can choose any contractor to do the work. The original estimate was for a two month window to completion. Seven months later we were finally able to move back in. The work was sub-par and we have had numerous issues with quality. Over one month ago we had yet another walk through, this time to point out flawed workmanship. We were assured we would hear back shortly. We still have have not been informed of when repairs to the "repairs" will be completed. Choose someone else.
