Had a problem with the gear on top of the motor this time, I assumed I might get upsold to replace the entire motor, the door and more and they simply came out and all he did was replace a gear assembly on top and get it working again within about 30 minutes. They had a very busy week, a bunch of people were not working but, got out here fast and really good customer service. I cannot claim to know if Raynor hardware is better or worse than XXXX other options but, these folks are good

Well, the operator of the Raynor Door Company car in the picture attached didn't seem to care about representing that professionalism when they cut me off while weaving in and out of heavy I-25 rush hour traffic and proceeded to tailgate other commuters. If that is an indication of the level of professionalism you can expect, you may want to consider other vendors for your garage door needs. Waóhola
