  We wanted to add a bathroom in our basement, but I had some different design details I wanted to incorporate like a hidden door for a speakeasy vibe. Jesus took all of my suggestions and produced an amazing bathroom. It’s probably my favorite room in our house. Jesus was kind and professional and kept us in the loop on supplies, where our budget stood and timeline. I love our bathroom and will for sure be using Palomino Construction again in the future.

  Jesus and his team are well worth the investment! They took on a meticulous drywall project (old home) and refurbished our archway, which was our main worry with this project. He was able to reshape and bring back the beauty to the eyesore arch. We chose him because he was right within our budget, and so glad we did. We are extremely happy with their work, respect and communication. Will definitely be using him for future projects.

  We hired Jesus to do several projects in our new home, including tiling and some other misc. things. Jesus was very responsive and did a pretty good job on most of our projects. He also came up with solutions to our door issue that we'd never thought of and was pretty reasonable with his initial pricing. He also came back out to install our garage door after it finally arrived at Home Depot, weeks after he'd completed the other work (part of the original invoice). That was definitely appreciated. I'd say the only reason we didn't give him 5 stars is because at times, it felt like we had to offer him more money to do things that we felt should've been part of the work promised in the original invoice. We also had to ask multiple times to get the construction trash removal completed, and the tile work had a few minor issues. That being said, we'd probably still hire him again, as he overall did pretty well.

  I had a very bad experience with this contractor. After getting multiple quotes for interior painting, I contacted Jesus to let him know that I would be using another painter. As a courtesy I let him know his quote was 3-4 times higher than the others. This seemed to anger him and he followed up with harassing text messages. He is very unprofessional. BEWARE!
