  The staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Shelby was very welcoming walking in the door. Stephanie had all the answers to my questions. Look forward to working with them in the future.

  As a Buyers Agent I took my clients into the ON2 New Home site located on Colorado and Yale Avenues in Denver. Shelby and Stephanie are the two women who greeted us and took us on a filmed office tour of the affordable new home builds located in Green Valley Ranch. I can't say enough about Shelby and Stephanie......they are so warm and friendly; knowledgeable about the loan process and kept me in the loop about the home my clients loved. Because of them my clients were able to secure a home in the current phase of construction. If you want to find your Buyers an affordable home, I would greatly recommend checking out ON2 Homes on Colorado and Yale Avenues in Denver. You will be in good hands!!!

  While the experience of getting the home was good, however, when we moved in, that’s a different story we have yet to receive our walk-through they are not attentive to things that are occurring or that have gone wrong in the home. It takes weeks on end just to get a response, to be told it will take a couple weeks for someone to come out and address your concerns, not that we don’t love our home, but the concerns on their part have died down once we have purchased the home… that’s the reason for the low score…
