  Looking into getting a washer and dryer - TJ and Tre both helped me out quite a bit. They provided all information and stayed for as long as i needed to convey all information. They helped answer all questions and were very thorough in their estimate and the overview of their process. Both very professional and courteous.

  About 4.5 years ago, we purchased a furnace and full installation from HEART Heating, Cooling and Plumbing. The system came with a lifetime warranty. Now, less than five years later—and while under contract to sell our home—their inspection revealed that HEART had installed the wrong furnace for our home, which has since caused extensive damage to our pipes and ductwork. Despite the warranty, HEART is now refusing to honor it, stating that the company is under “new ownership” and that the issue is “not their problem.” We have been patient and professional throughout this process, but for three weeks they ignored daily phone calls and refused to return messages. We were only able to speak to someone with any authority after relentless follow-up. They offered a credit for HALF the cost of the original furnace toward installing the CORRECT furnace—the one that should have been installed in the first place. We countered with a very reasonable proposal: credit us the full cost of the WRONG furnace, depreciated over the 4.5 years we used it (a furnace’s life expectancy is typically 15–20 years). After consulting with an attorney and several HVAC professionals, this is more than fair given that HEART’s installation of the WRONG furnace caused the problem. Instead of accepting a reasonable and ethical solution, they refused, resulting in unnecessary and avoidable legal action. DO NOT use HEART Heating, Cooling & Plumbing. They do not stand behind their work or their warranties and are unresponsive when issues arise. The new owner has demonstrated a lack of professionalism, integrity, and basic business ethics.

  Ben was outstanding. Friendly helpful, and most importantly did not talk about too much detail. Spoke to my level of knowledge. Was extremely helpful and diagnosing the problem and solutions. Would use him again in a second. Thank you.

  Seneca Trujillo was our electrical technician today to troubleshoot a flickering light fixture, he found the problem and had the lights working like normal. This young man is a breath of fresh air, his professional attitude explaining everything to my wife and I about what he is doing to the way he carries himself is awesome, Heart is a great company and they have replaced my furnace and hot water heater, all the technicians they have sent over here are top notch like the company.

  Josh Victor and Trey did a phenomenal job. Very detailed they let me know everything they were doing! Very respectful men and worked very hard to install furnace, water heater, air conditioner and electrical all three we’re extremely impressive professionals!
