  From initial inspection, to site supervisor to crew that replaced roof on single family home all aspects were exceptional. CORE personnel communication was timely, displayed expertise identifying roof problem areas and explained in detail. Crew was efficient and skilled in replacing roof. Project completed ahead of schedule. Clean up was beyond expectations.

  I purchased a home in October of 2024 with a roof leak that was noticed at inspection. The seller received a 5-year certificate from Core, however after receiving the Certificate but before purchasing the home, we found another leak in the roof. Core repaired such leak and the seller and Core assured me that the roof was fixed and should be fine for 5-years. Within a year, we found that the same leak repaired by Core was still leaking. Before sending an inspector to review the damage, I was strongly directed by Core that this was probably caused from another leak. When they had an inspector come to determine the cause of the leak, he could not access the top of the roof that day but confirmed to me that the leak was coming inside at the same point because he could see the water stain. Despite the inspector believing the leak was coming from the same spot and not being able to get on the roof to confirm so, Core management determined that this leak is a new leak and they are not responsible for the repair. And if the leak is coming from the same spot, I was told I need to do more roof maintenance so that their seal would last. It just strongly feels like the decision to not honor their work was predetermined - much like an insurance company rejecting a claim initially no mater what the circumstance. Basically, I've learned that a 5-year Certificate from Core does not protect a homeowner at all, but the more frustrating part is that the same work that Core failed to do properly the first time within a year has to be done again. Responding to the comment from Core to my initial post - while I learned that a 5-year certificate doesn't provide any reliance, my real frustration is strictly with the fact that a repair that was made by Core did not fix the problem and that Core would not stand behind the work it did.

  Core roofing and solar has provided roof repair and replacement for our home and business properties for at least 10 years. The quality of the materials they use Is excellent. So is the meticulous attention to details in the installation. The roof they installed this month received The highest praise from our city inspector. We have been consistently impressed with the great communication, friendliness, attention to details, and availability of the project supervisor, Steve.
