    WOW! After an electrical fire in our home, we contacted Wirenut Home Services. The customer service from that very first phone call was amazing. As we were without power, Jason treated the situation as an emergency and he quickly arranged for an estimate by Jared. Jared provided an estimate in a timely manner and explained that their pricing was fixed at the estimate price and that the work would have a lifetime warranty. Though the quote was very expensive, it was reasonable for the amount of work to be performed. The work began almost immediately and we became acquainted with terrifically qualified, friendly and super hard working electricians. These guys worked tirelessly and even worked until 10 pm one evening. We would like to thank them all by name - Josh, Chris, Keyan, Dylan. Additionally, the team called in a plumber, Frankie to inspect for possible issues. He was also terrific. We will certainly use and recommend Wirenut as the experience was top notch! The work was performed in a timely manner and we were EXTREMELY pleased with the experience.

    I made a call to WireNut Home Services requesting some lighting upgrades in 2 of my bedrooms and a bathroom. I also requested some dimmer switches. Andrew Riley was the fella who appeared at our doors and then walked with me through the house as I showed him what I had in mind to be done. Andrew took very good note of what I was requesting. He put together a price list which was very agreeable to me and then we set a date to start the work. The wait time to have Andrew come out, give me a price, and set me a date for install, was very quick; the wait is not long at all. I have used WireNut before in the past and have always appreciated their good work... and that they clean up behind themselves. I found Andrew to be very polite and very knowledgeable of his line of work as an electrician. I appreciate that Andrew would explain things based on questions I asked. Andrew Riley is a keeper in my book.

    Last November I had an issue with my furnace in my new home. I called WireNut since they had done the original installation. I was encouraged to join their club and I chose to do so because it saved me money. Members get free electric, HVAC, and plumbing inspections. Last week I had those inspections done. I want to commend all three technicians for their professionalism! Jarred Weaver completed the electrical inspection. He did bring up a few issues for me to consider to get corrected. He provided me with options and estimates for each of those issues so I could take action when my budget allows. Shelton Tillett completed the HVAC Inspection. As I expected, he didn’t find any problems with the four year old furnace or AC. He ensured me that they were functioning properly and even helped me with the best locations for new carbon dioxide alarms. Ryan Werner completed the plumbing inspection. Again as I expected, he found no issues with my plumbing. All three technicians were polite, thorough and answered all of my questions and even offered additional information if they thought it relevant to my inquiries. I’m now confident with the work completed during the recent renovations which included quite a bit of electrical and plumbing work. Bravo WireNut for having such professional technicians on their team!

    Called Monday, 3/2/26, to discuss an invoice my step-father paid to have a toilet shut off valve, water supply line, and float valve assembly replaced. Today is Saturday, 3/7/26, and I have yet to get a response. My step-father, a 96 year old veteran, of both Korea and Vietnam Wars, and a Purple Heart Recipient. On February 5th 2026 he called Wire Nut to service a leaky toile. The service technician informed him the shut off valve, supply line, and float assembly was in need of replacement. Now I would expect this service to range between $300.00 to maybe $500.00 and that is including labor and parts. As I reviewed the invoice I became concerned that he paid $911.15 for this service to be performed. Breakdown of prices were: $192.00 to replace one shut-off valve; $339.00 to replace Supply Tubes with Stainless Braided; and $339.00 to replace Toilet Fill Valve and Supply, $41.15 for tax. On top of that the service technician called in a restoration company because the wall behind the toilet was bulging from absorbing moisture. That company wanted an additional $4000.00 to dry the area. I owned a Carpet Cleaning company and have performed water damage restoration, in Colorado Springs, for over 50 years. The wall was not bulging, floor did absorb moisture and both walls and floor were dried within 3 days. I called to have a manager explain how they could justify the invoice and was assured by the company rep that answered the phone that Monday that they put the call in as an emergency and that I would hear back from a manager. Still waiting.

    Used WireNut for the first time. I sent an online inquiry about having a comprehensive electrical and safety inspection at my home. I did this on the weekend and received a call early on Monday morning. The customer service provided on the phone was excellent. I was very pleasantly surprised with the pricing for the inspections. Our service technician was named.Kamal. He was very courteous and gave excellent communication and service. He serviced and inspected our furnace and air conditioner. After he had completed his inspections and work, he explained everything that he checked and even showed me several pictures of what he was able to clean. We have had HVAC companies in the past service our Systems but I’ve never taken the time to explain things or show us pictures. Kamal Had a few items that he recommended we have maintenance completed on. This is always the scary part. Kamal Presented the information without any pressure and let me know that it was my decision if and when we decided to have the maintenance work done. I did research the pricing for each item. He went over after he left. For my research, some of the pricing seemed a bit high and other parts aligned with what I found online as average pricing. Again, there was no pressure. Overall, my experience was excellent with WireNut! They have a very Fairly priced membership, which includes four different inspections annually. Plumbing, electrical HVAC-furnace and air conditioner. I will stick with them for at least these inspections as a service is excellent. UPDATE: Had Ty and Carter come back for plumbing and electrical checks. Excellent service! Gave us some recommendations on system upgrades and repairs. Very thankful to have a transparent analysis and inspection. Thanks Wire Nut!
