Led by Sue, Don and Trei, the team took the time to understand what we were looking for and had a custom design for us within 48 hours of Trei’s initial visit. Sue and company took great pride in giving us a high-quality basement at a very competitive price. We were especially pleased with their subcontractors who were highly skilled, punctual and exceptionally polite. All this and DCH finished right on the date promised. They earned our highest rating for going above and beyond.

When we purchased a new home in the Inspiration development , also in Aurora, we did not hesitate to contact them again to do the work. We were extremely pleased both times. Trey and Don were very involved in helping us plan out the layouts to maximize the utility of the space. Trey and Sue were great in overseeing the process and getting the projects completed in a timely fashion. In our new home, we wanted a home theater and again they helped plan out the space. Their employees and subcontractors were all professional, efficient and easy to work with. After completion, if we found something that wasn't exactly right, they were prompt to come back and fix the things we pointed out. We have recommended DCH to friends in our development who have also been pleased with the work they have done. If we ever move to another home and need to finish a basement, they will be our first choice. My wife and I are happy to recommend DCH - use them and you will not be disappointed!!

The finished product exceeded our expectations! Only advice is to make sure you keep up your end of the deal! the homeowner has to make a lot of choices (all a lot of fun!) and needs to make sure those are in hand to support the construction process. We absolutely recommend DCH for your basement remodeling job.

With the exception of the single poor review listed herein, we agree with all the positive reviews posted (read through them). Great attention to detail, high quality workmanship, very good sub contractors, gave us what we wanted, were very pleasant about a few changes/corrections we wanted, nice family business, and nice family. We have and would recommend them (our neighbors on each side of us are going to have DCH do their basements). We feel very good about out basement and our experience with DCH.
