- CCChristina COct 26, 20221.0If I could give 0 stars I would. Richmond American doesn’t stand behind their work and their customer service is abysmal. Of course they know that (and buyer beware - sadly we didn’t pay enough attention to the reviews), and they really could not care less. They lie, there is no communication, no follow through, and no care about their customers. I should be an excited new home owner but instead I have a laundry list of outstanding items to finish my new home, buyers remorse and I am just angry and frustrated because my experience with Richmond American has been so unbelievably terrible.
