Despite Mitch being harassed for no reason by my older mother, he added on so many things to a standard water heater replacement at no cost, that other companies surely would have gouged a customer for. He added 2 shut off valves to the tank, replaced the lame flex metal connectors (another company had put on) with copper lines, replaced the thermal expansion tank and triple checked and changed the whole house pressure. I am really sorry Mitch about my mother and I am so grateful people like you and companies like Bernie's still exist.
