  We did a primary bath remodel that was a bit out of the ordinary. A bay window was turned into a huge shower. Gorgeous new cabinets, doors, linen armoire and heated floors. Britt was wonderful and Marcial and team did an amazing job.

  I recently hired Lefort Built for a remodeling project that included painting doors, trim, and baseboards. Marcial, the site superintendent, did an outstanding job managing the entire process. His attention to detail, communication, and professionalism made everything go smoothly. The quality of the work was top-notch, the doors, trim, and baseboards look amazing and completely refreshed the space. The crew was punctual, respectful, and kept everything clean and organized throughout the project. I highly recommend Lefort Built and Marcial for anyone looking for reliable, high-quality remodeling and painting services. They truly take pride in their work!

  Lefort just made my unfinished basement into a luxurious haven, complete with kitchenette, bedroom/office and spa quality bathroom. I've wanted a walkout basement since moving into this house and they created a fantastic design that works fabulously without giving up my yard. Marcial was my main point of contact throughout the project and he was always understanding of my questions, maintained a positive attitude and was a pleasure to work with. When looking for the contractor for this project it was important to me they were local (Berthoud) and they had great ratings from the BBB. I am truly a satisfied customer!

  We chose Le Fort from 4 other contractor bids. Nate Hurt listened closely as we described our basement remodel needs and vision. The project was done while we were still living out of the state -- which created an additional challenge for this project. However, the project Supervisor, Marciel, did a great job keeping us informed each step of the way of the project. Marciel kept the work moving ahead in spite of vendor and subcontractor issues and delays; changes we made, requiring new work orders and materials, and working conditions. There were some major obstacles to completing the project ( grinding and leveling the concrete floors in order to install vinyl plank flooring, for example) but Marciel and his team took the necessary steps to make the project successful and make sure we were happy with the results. Marciel could not have been more professional and personable with us throughout this process. We are very grateful that he has ensured this project was brought to completion to our satisfaction. The company office staff, especially Britt, were extremely supportive and responsive to us throughout the project and we never felt there were conflicts or communication issues. Since we lived out of state during the project, Britt was extremely helpful and supportive to inform and involve us in the entire process. The only part of our experience that we had problems with and were not pleased with was the subcontractor that did the kitchen cabinets, Concept 32. We do not feel they responded to our questions and requests very well and it seems they were very slow and caused several delays to the project.(For example, cabinet color choices were delayed even after it became apparent that white was the only option even though we had hoped for a different color, patio door screen was damaged during delivery and requires a replacement, small shelving was not delivered until weeks after we had moved in). All things considered, our experience with Concept 32 was disappointing in comparison to that of LeFort and other subcontractors. Overall, we would highly recommend Le Fort to anyone interested in a basement remodeling project.

  I can’t say enough good things about Lefort Built and his team, From start to finish, they did an amazing job building and remodeling my barbershop. The entire process was smooth, professional, and efficient. Lefort took the time to understand my vision, offered great suggestions, and made sure every detail was exactly how I wanted it. The craftsmanship and quality of work are top-notch — everything from the flooring, lighting, and layout came out even better than I expected. His crew was respectful, on time, and worked with great attention to detail. You can tell they take pride in their work.
