  Travis and team have posted some amazing work. If you are in the Berthoud and surrounding areas in northern Colorado, looking to have your aging parents move into a custom built ADU, have a basement your looking to finish and rent out, want to turn your empty nest room into a functioning gym space, I would reach out. They also do commercial spaces like tenet improvements, pole barn and much more. The craftsmanship they provide will leave you with a project that is highly custom and built to last for years.   We contracted with Lefort Built to repair damage to various areas due to foundation settling of various areas of our home. We contacted a couple of contractors to receive bids on our project. We selected Lefort Built for the following reasons: 1. Their price was competitive 2. Their offer included doing the complete project not just the drilled piers and they came up with a viable solution to repair our backyard stone patio. Other companies would not do a turnkey project. 3. Travis Lefort and David Austin presented a good case to use their company. They we honest and genuine and lived up to their word. 4. They were local and from the Berthoud area and our neighborhood and not operating outside of Denver. They started work in mid-July of 2025 and finished essentially in Mid-October. Right off to start they were impressive. David gave me a direct text number to use with any questions or issues as well as text numbers for other supervisory team members. As with any projects there are always questions and issues, but we had direct links that were attended quickly and efficiently. Communication was impressive. The relationship with all was very good which allowed no frustration build as I have seen with past contractors. David was very attentive as well as Favian with the exterior foundations and back stone patio deck and the sprinkler system. Marcial Lombera and Eric Sanchez handled the interior and exterior painting and the tile and doors. Jario handled the painting. They all did a great job for the Lefort Built Company. As for the quality of the work, it was incredible. Lefort employees were honorable and respectful to the property and to us. They were organized and neat by keeping trash to aa minimum as well as being very personable. Travis was very intentional in following up with the work and the quality on a regular basis. Extras. Lefort did not dime and nickel us for out-of-scope work like I have experienced in the past. They only quoted extra work on a mutually agreeable basis. We added painting the house inside and out of the house. We added a re-poured garage driveway and Mud Jacked a portion of the garage floor. We also added a storm door and a frameless shower door for the on suite bath and the back door with a doggie door. They were very fair and honest. The quality of the work is excellent, and we are very pleased with the work. We had many neighbors and friends comment on the quality of the work done by the Lefort Built company. My experience with construction industry spans over 50 years and I have been more impressed by the Lefort Built Company than any other company I have dealt with.

  We did a primary bath remodel that was a bit out of the ordinary. A bay window was turned into a huge shower. Gorgeous new cabinets, doors, linen armoire and heated floors. Britt was wonderful and Marcial and team did an amazing job.

  I recently hired Lefort Built for a remodeling project that included painting doors, trim, and baseboards. Marcial, the site superintendent, did an outstanding job managing the entire process. His attention to detail, communication, and professionalism made everything go smoothly. The quality of the work was top-notch, the doors, trim, and baseboards look amazing and completely refreshed the space. The crew was punctual, respectful, and kept everything clean and organized throughout the project.   Lefort just made my unfinished basement into a luxurious haven, complete with kitchenette, bedroom/office and spa quality bathroom. I've wanted a walkout basement since moving into this house and they created a fantastic design that works fabulously without giving up my yard. Marcial was my main point of contact throughout the project and he was always understanding of my questions, maintained a positive attitude and was a pleasure to work with. When looking for the contractor for this project it was important to me they were local (Berthoud) and they had great ratings from the BBB. I am truly a satisfied customer!
