I was very concerned about picking out loop carpet, and she helped attempt to destroy a carpet sample pulling on it with scissors to ease my anxiety. When we ran into an issue with installation, they gave us a few options and were very friendly. The installers themselves were very kind, professional and worked hard through even the weekend to make sure we could move back in on time. Thank you Annie & team!
