The first estimate was right on par with what I was expecting cost wise, but I felt like the representative couldn’t care less if I moved forward. Second estimate was a whole 1.5 hour pitch and way overpriced. I also felt pressured with sales Gimmicks and discounts only if I signed a contract right then and there. With two strikes, I finally found ACL. From start to finish they were professional, kind, and made me feel like a valued customer. They kept in touch, were very knowledgeable and completed the work quickly. They even charged less then they quoted as the quote was based on pictures I took. They came across very honest. They were great to work with. We would definitely use them again and highly recommend them.
