Have to call several times a week to remind them to come service the units since they don't service them on a regular schedule (even though they promised us they would stick to their schedule and call us if they need to deviate). Constant struggle and more expensive than the competition.

Nobody ever showed up. No call or text to say they were not going to make it. We even had a text from a different number saying they "we on it" nope!

They were supposed to have delivered the Unit on Monday, that was the agreement. Multiple calls later, asking why it wasn't delivered and them telling me they would call me with an update and no call to be had, the Unit apparently attempted delivery, 2 days after it was supposed to be there and, and the driver tried to call me (once, maybe... if the missed call was even them) and still no Unit at the site. I will be calling to get a refund seeing as they have completely failed to deliver. Will let everyone know how that works out, stay tuned.
