The wood was water damaged and moldy from decades of rain and snow. The new door looks fantastic and is super quiet. The desert sand color matched our house's trim perfectly. The new door is much lighter in weight and much stronger. Joseph even cleaned and swept up the floor leaving us with a great looking garage inside and out. We have used Don's Garage several times over the past 20 years and they have always provided exceptional service. Our house was hit by lightning a few years ago and it fried our garage door motor. They came out that night and worked past 10:00 pm to put in a new motor with a camera and remote operation from our phones. We purchased the annual service package to ensure that the door and motor will completely outlast the life of the house. Awesome work and amazing customer service!

When the tech came out, he very quickly told me my garage door is poor quality (it may be, contractor grade) and I need a new one. I wasn’t interested in a new door, I just wanted the repair. If anything, I wanted just the one panel replaced since that was the issue. After discussion, he repaired the door, then gave me a pitch on a new garage door, and then called the “product specialist” to try to talk me into a new garage door. The person on the phone said my garage door can’t just have one panel replaced because of how it’s made. Called another company and had the one panel replaced the next day for $600. And the repair Don’s tech made failed in 2 days. I repaired it again myself and it lasted a week until I could get the new panel. My experience with Don’s felt very used car salesy and slick.
