We needed help with color and style ideas and Mariya offered great suggestions all the way through the product selection process. When it came to scheduling the work, Mariya was careful to not make promises she couldn’t keep. She kept us informed as to when the installation crews would be available and she worked around our crazy schedule to find the best time for all. She was extremely responsive whether by phone or email which was something we particularly appreciated. Finally, we can’t say enough good things about the installation crews! Sergey who did all of the tile work was a one-man super worker. He was fast, thorough and did a beautiful job. Tony and his carpet laying team (Jonathan, Hector and David) were outstanding. The whole team was polite, considerate, and professional and always considered our needs as they worked throughout our house. We were very impressed with the team’s work ethic – they worked long and hard to get the job done as quickly as possible while at the same time being very meticulous. We are certainly pleased with the end result! We are happy to let others know of the good experience we had with Affordable Flooring and Remodeling – a small family-owned business.
