Tom went out of his way to show me samples the same day I made initial contact and made the process very easy for me. Dario was the installer and he couldn't have been nicer. They finished a living room and 4 bedrooms in about half a day. Tom was a pleasure to work with and the price was more than reasonable compared to other quotes I received. I'll definitely be a repeat customer in time.

The floor installers were clean and helpful. I had big heavy furniture and they used sliders and moved it from side to side as needed. I show my floors off to everyone!

We had originally planned to install carpet, but once the old flooring was removed, it turned out the floor could be leveled for luxury vinyl planks. I called our sales rep Tom immediately, and both he and the owner came to the house that same day and agreed to the change. I cannot overemphasize how knowledgeable Tom is about flooring. He had recommended LVP from the beginning, but I was concerned about the floors being uneven. He went above and beyond to make sure we chose what was best for the house and that we were truly happy with the result. We feel so blessed to have worked with Tom and Wally’s Carpet. They understood that we have a special needs child and how important this flooring was to our family. They leveled the floors, changed the order quickly, and made sure everything was done right. The floor looks absolutely stunning in our craftsman home. Wally’s provides true professionalism, genuine care, and expert service. We highly recommend them.
