Poor guy had worked a very long day and arrived at my house at about 6pm. Felt sorry for him having to work that long and that hard. He was wonderful. Took all the time needed to explain everything fully. Very friendly and had a wonderful personality. Told me the company would send me a written estimate of repair costs. Got a call from the company this morning. The estimate is on its way today. Haven't look at the estimate yet, but will be calling them in the future for any plumbing needs. Thanks to Hall's Plumbing.
