Not only was he extremely professional and thorough, but he called to see if it was OK to arrive a little early, which I very much appreciated. He was also very patient as I asked a number of questions about how the system works as well as seeing the photographs of what needs to be done. It is clear this is a top-notch company and is interested in providing excellent customer service.

The last 10% would be paid by the end when they are completed. They have done 95% of their work. They need to install a thermostat for the system. I asked them to get it done before I pay. However, they went on to charge my credit card without my permission. They illegally saved my credit information from previous charge to charge the last 10% without complete the work and without my permission. I have called them 6 times after that day, they promised to came back to install for me, but they never comeback. I am not recommend this company.
