  I am so happy with my kitchen remodel by Cerletti and Kennedy. They adhered to their timeline, the workers were very polite and respectful, they stuck to the budget and finished as scheduled. I am so pleased with the end result. Thank you Cerletti and Kennedy for everything.

  C&K were great to work with throughout the entire home renovation process. During the design phase, Matt listened to what I wanted/needed and also provided helpful feedback. The actual construction was very efficient and went smoother than expected. Robert kept me updated and had great follow through until every last thing was completed. Ruben and team were also great to work with on a daily basis.

  Outstanding quality and service from C&K. The quote process was easy and friendly. The plans for the deck rebuild were thorough and they completely handled getting the permits and approvals from the city. Their workers were pleasant and respectful and highly skilled. Everyone in the neighborhood has commented at how beautiful the deck now is. I cannot wait to enjoy my new deck! I highly recommend Cerletti & Kennedy, and would definitely use them again for any work you need to be sure it will done correctly, with safety and beauty in mind.

  I had a smaller project to refresh the ADU in the newly bought property. It involved removing the stationary gas heater and installing some kitchen cabinets with a sink. Matt responded quickly to my inquiry and offered ideas on arranging the cabinets and materials needed. Their estimate was comparable to two other estimates I got, but thanks to Matt's involvement, I felt more confident about the scope of the project and the time frame. They fit my project in early in their schedule, and the work was done relatively quickly, with a bit of slack time in the middle. Matt put me in touch with the local cabinet supplier. I ordered the cabinets and bought other materials myself - that was how I preferred to do it and consulted with Matt along the way. This was my first time working with a contractor, even on a small project. I am overall happy with the result from a lay person point of view - the cabinets turned out nicely. The job was done in good time. Matt provided quality control toward the end of the job. From this experience, I recommend Cerletti & Kennedy. It certainly mattered to me that they are local and that they were listening to what I had in mind and responsive along the way. Don't hesitate to approach them with your project, even a small one.
